- Your passport has to be valid for at least 6 months from the date you want to enter Vietnam and have blank pages;

- A fully filled-out application for a tourist visa to Vietnam (on paper or online); and visa costs.
In specific circumstances, you can apply for a 3-month tourist visa; the process is the same for 1-month visas. To put it another way, the duration of a Vietnamese tourist visa might range from 15 days to 3 months.
