  Deposit & Payment

  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour price (or full payment if under US$500) is required upon booking confirmation by credit card or bank transfer (plus bank charges).

  • Balance payment is due 15 days prior to check-in or upon arrival in Hanoi (by cash or credit card).

  • Payments can be made through a secured online payment system (SSL).

  Refund & Cancellation (For FIT bookings)

  • More than 15 days before check-in: No charge.

  • 10–14 days before check-in: 50% of total trip value charged.

  • 4–9 days before check-in: 70% of total trip value charged.

  • Within 3 days before check-in or No-show: 100% charge.

  • All cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or fax.

  Children Policy

  • 1 child under 5 years old stays free when sharing a bed with two adults.

  • Children aged 5–12 years:

    • Sharing existing bedding with adults: 75% of adult rate.

    • Two children sharing a separate cabin: Each child pays 75% of the adult rate.

  • Children’s rates do not apply to Family Deluxe Balcony or Family Premium Deluxe Balcony cabins.

  • Extra bed: 40% of cabin NETT rate (available for all suite categories on special request).

  Bad Weather Policy

  • Cancellation before 11:00 AM on departure date: Full refund.

  • Cancellation with lunch only (no cruise): US$25 per person.

  • Day cruise (3–4 hours, no overnight, includes lunch): US$90 per person.

  • For 3 days/2 nights cruises:

    • Return before 10:00 AM on Day 2: charged as 2 days/1 night package.

    • Return before 5:00 PM on Day 2: 2 days/1 night rate + US$90 per person.

  Other Policies

  • Check-in from 12:30 PM; Check-out by 11:00 AM.

  • Extra guest charges may apply according to the property policy.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit/debit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Holiday surcharges:

    • Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year’s Eve (31 December), and Vietnamese Lunar New Year’s Day:

      • US$40 per adult

      • US$25 per child
