  Deposit & Payment:

  • A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation (if the amount is less than US$ 500, full payment will apply).

  • The balance must be paid 15 days prior to the check-in date or upon arrival in Hanoi.

  • Payment can be made via secured online payment system (SSL).

  Cancellation & Refund:

  • From 1-3 cabins:

    • 7 days prior to arrival: No charge.

    • Less than 7 days: 100% of the total rate charged.

    • No-Show: Full charge.

  • From 4-6 cabins:

    • More than 21 days prior to arrival: No charge.

    • 20 to 7 days prior: 50% of total rate charged.

    • Less than 7 days: 100% of total rate charged.

    • No-Show: Full charge.

  • From 7-10 cabins:

    • More than 45 days: No charge.

    • 45 to 31 days: 25% of total rate charged.

    • 30 to 21 days: 50% of total rate charged.

    • 20 to 10 days: 75% of total rate charged.

    • Less than 10 days: 100% of total rate charged.

    • No-Show: Full charge.

  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by Vietnam Travel’s cruise specialist.

  Child Policy:

  • Only one child under 13 years old allowed to share cabin with parents:

    • Free of charge for children under 5 years old.

    • US$ 105 surcharge for children aged 5-12 years (sharing bed with parents).

  • Extra bed/mattress surcharge: US$ 25 for 2D/1N program, US$ 35 for 3D/2N program.

  • Free baby cot for infants.

  Other Policies:

  • Check-in starts at 11:30 AM. Check-out by 10:30 AM.

  • Extra guest charges may apply and vary.

  • Advance registration required with full passenger details (name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, visa expiry).

  • Passport required at check-in; boarding may be denied without it.

  • Cash deposit or credit/debit card required for incidental charges.
