• Balance can be paid in cash or credit card on-site in Hanoi or Halong Bay.

• 45-10 days before check-in: 50% charge

• 10 days before check-in or No-show: 100% charge

• For weather-related cancellations: Refund based on services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
