Each refreshed cabin subtly weaves in the mythical love story of Princess Au Co and the Dragon Lord, showcasing a refined Asian aesthetic.

Policies

Deposit & Payment:

• A deposit of 30% of the total tour price per person, plus applicable bank fees, is required upon booking confirmation via credit card or bank transfer. (If the deposit amount is less than US$500, full payment will be required.)

• The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the check-in date. Alternatively, you may settle the balance in cash or by credit card upon meeting in Hanoi.

• All payments can be securely processed through our SSL-certified online payment system.

Cancellation & Refund:

• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  For 1–4 cabins:

  • More than 7 days before arrival: No charge.

  • From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • Less than 4 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking charged.

  • No-show: 100% charge.

  For 5–10 cabins:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: No charge.

  • From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • Less than 4 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking charged.

  • No-show: 100% charge.

  For more than 10 cabins:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 30% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • From 30 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • From 7 to 4 days before arrival: 70% of each cancelled cabin charged.

  • Less than 4 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking charged.

  • No-show: 100% charge.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed by Vietnam Travel’s cruise specialist (via email or fax).

Child Policy:

• One child under 6 years old may stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with two adults.

• For children aged 6–11 years old:

  • Maximum one child can share an existing bed with adults, with a charge of US$90 per night.

  • Two children under 12 years old occupying a separate cabin will be charged at 75% of the full cabin rate (based on double occupancy).

• Children aged 12 and above will be charged as adults.

Other Policies:

• Check-in: From 12:30 PM. Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

• Additional guest charges may apply, according to property policies.

• Advance registration with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number, and visa expiry date is required for all guests. Valid passports must be presented at check-in. Boarding may be denied without proper documentation.

• A cash deposit or a valid credit/debit card and government-issued photo ID/passport are required at check-in for incidental charges.

• Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December) surcharges: US$50 per adult (aged 12 and above) and US$50 per child (aged 5–12).

• Cruise itineraries and schedules may change without prior notice due to weather conditions, tides, or operational needs. Activities such as swimming or kayaking may be canceled for safety reasons without refund.

• Promotions or Early Bird bookings are subject to special terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately.
